My eyes tick back and forth and I have no control over it. I was born with this and I dont know what I can and cant do. I have nmastagmys.

Nystagmus does not prevent contact lens wear. Some people with nystagmus find that their eyes move a little less while wearing rigid contacts, possibly because the feeling of the lens on the lid provides some feedback.

It shouldn't make a difference really. Once they are in right, you can't feel them at all. I can look up, down, sideways, and even sleep in them from time to time. The only thing that makes them uncomfortable is when they dry out (if you are dehydrated or wind hits your eyes). I recommend the disposable kind.
