i get really angry sometimes and today i hurt my mom she was yelling at me and then i hit her in the face then i pushed her on floor im a idiot don't know how to talk to her now im scared of talking to her now im 15 she probably hates me

You need to learn to control yourself, first off. What you did was extremely unacceptable and childish. You were lucky that she didn't call and have you arrested.
You need to go apologize to start with and then tell her that you need help to control your anger. There are classes you can take and therapists out there to help you.

Oh, Alex, you Mom doesn't hate you but she sure is disappointed in you, I'm sure! If you have an anger management problem go to her and tell her that and ask her to get you some help! I'm sure she has a lot of emotions running around inside her now, like, anger, fear, disappointment, feeling she is not a good mother, etc. So, the very first thing you need to do is apologize! Go pick some flowers or write her a note - do SOMETHING immediately! Shame on you. You are sooo lucky she didn't have your arrested! Go get it straightened out with her and go get some help, please. In time she will be your best confident and friend if you give love instead of confrontation. Maybe you can show her your question and the answers so she will know you are embarrassed at your behavior and very, very sorry! Good luck!

that is so aweful, and i know that you feel bad about it or you wouldn't be asking this question so that's a good sighn, sounds like you don't know how to control your anger and temper, first of all and most important you need to talk to your mom and apologize, i know your scared, but she loves you no matter what and you not saying sorry will just make her feel worse, then explain your anger and that you know it was wrong....if you always feel the urge to hit and push when your angry you need to talk to a counsler and see how they can help you, but please, go talk to your mom....

You where a brave boy to strike the woman who gave you life. .Now be even more brave and amend what you have cause.
