In the beginning the ancestors lived in the sky. When they asked Sun and Moon who their parents were, Sun said he was their father, and Moon said she was their mother. Then Moon said it was time for them to go down to the earth. As they descended, the people came upon water but no land. They floated in the air, calling for help, but no one came. Finally Elk, one of the animals floating down to earth with the people, came to everyone’s assistance by falling into the water. As he sank he called on the four winds to blow away the waters. A muddy surface appeared as the mist flew off. Then Elk rolled in the mud and the loose hairs that remained in the soil grew into grass and trees. Now the people, called the Little Ones, could continue their descent to the Middle World.

It is literally true, Jared:

In fact, Adam's fall made it necessary for the ruler and creator of our universe to assume the role as the "unfallen Adam."

This is discussed in 1 Corinthians 15:25 where Jesus is called the Last Adam.

Evolution crossed directly in the path of Calvary and actually negates the entire plan of redemption. Unfortunately, many Christians can not see that, and teach a theistic evolution which includes monkey to man over millions of years.

Evolution was invented by Satan to slander God's wonderful creative act and the plan of salvation. Select www.revelado.org/cult.htm to learn what Satan admits about Darwin. In fact, if you don't have time to read the entire document, word search it for Darwin.

I believe in the general truth of the bible, so yes!
When I say general I mean, that I do believe creation took six periods of time, but not only 24 hours each. I believe in Adam and Eve and the serpent. BUT , the apple tree, who cares what kind of tree it was. I prefer peaches myself!
But truly I do not believe in Evolution, I believe each creature was pretty much then, as it is now, including Humans.
Adaptation, means smaller sizes, or less hair, or bigger feet and hands, but pretty much the same creature!

The fall of Adam is one of the most important occurrences in the history of man. Before the fall, Adam and Eve had physical bodies but no blood. There was no sin, no death, and no children among any of the earthly creations. With the eating of the “forbidden fruit,” Adam and Eve became mortal, sin entered, blood formed in their bodies, and death became a part of life. Adam became the “first flesh” upon the earth, meaning that he and Eve were the first to become mortal.

After Adam fell, the whole creation fell and became mortal. Adam’s fall brought both physical and spiritual death into the world upon all mankind.

The fall was no surprise to the Lord. It was a necessary step in the progress of man, and provisions for a Savior had been made even before the fall had occurred. Jesus Christ came to atone for the fall of Adam and also for man’s individual sins.

To Christians, all of the Bible is true. How could it not be, since God wrote it. Since God is perfect, how could the story be nothing more than true?
But for the rest of us who live in reality, it is a fairy tale. Nothing more than a myth.

It sure did,but it had nothing to do with the wrong choice of produce. Eve had sex with satan, the offspirg was Cain, who slew His brother Abel. Death did not come upun men because of eating an apple, otherwise it could be reversed by eating some other kind of fruit. The sin was a blood sin, when eve had sex with satan death came upon men. That is why Blood is required to cover our sin.

Yes I believe it is true, but I also believe there is more to the story than we've been taught....

Example: How could sin truly permeate the human race? Jesus always told the Pharisees that they were of "their father" the devil....

Many cultures unrelated to the hebrews, such as the Chinese, have similar stories. That's not positive proof obviously, but it points to some ancient source.
