I believe the spirit people exist, because I
have seen them.
I also believe in the Trinity, and that Jesus is God in the flesh.

Right you are. Spirits, gods, ghosts and demons (and 'principalities' whatever the hell those are) are all figments of ignorant human imagination. To the garbage dump of history with the lot of them!

who says god is a spirit. i do believe in both but they don't go hand in hand. God to me is believing in a higher being.
