I mean in terms of how long the engine lasts, the computer lasts, etc...

Even though im a ford guy; Fords last but dont keep their value, and I think chevy and gmc arent even compitition. And that pretty much leaves toyota. Even though its not american made. Overall I think the f150 fits your bill.

And for all you Toyota lovers, maybe you don't know that they are having huge engine problems with the all new tundra, which by the way doesn't come close to the f series in quality, engineering or durability, only marketing hype.

I think that the F- series Ford trucks are the best. They have been the top selling trucks for over 30 years in a row.

I would reccomend any of the Toyotas..(Tacoma, Tundra)
I know several that own this brand and its run well for them the last few years.
