Not so sure about high in iron but i guess is not quite high, but i can be sure to sayit is high in colesteral!

Eggs are full of protein like meats are. The yolk contains a lot of cholesterol. Good foods with iron in them would be: broccoli (#1), chocolate (yes, that's right, chocolate;), many dairy products are high in iron, and many grains are as well.

if you boil an egg leave it to go cold, like you do for a salad when it is cut in half the edge around the yoke is black I believe this is the iron

When I was a vegetarian years ago I was told the yolks were a good source of iron.
