I consider bacteria more probable, Amoeba is a later and more complex creature.

It's interesting that you would ask what is more 'probable.' According to Occam's razor, when all other factors are equal (and in this case they are far from it) the simplest answer is usually the correct one.
Rather than asking, 'what is more probable' perhaps you should ask, 'what is?' Both theists and atheists hold that you can know that their belief system is the correct one by following a set of established procedures. For theists, this involves reading sacred scripture and praying to a higher power or powers. For atheists, this involves research and cogitation.
I know I'm the odd one out here, but finding out which one is more likely is not nearly as important as finding out what is.
