Jenn and Josh are getting married in Santa Barbara - I am sending rehearsal wedding invites on beach scene stationery - blue sky, water, sand, palm tree and a littlle red crab - could only find pacific coast lighthouse stamps in keeping to the theme. Want to have some sort of rhyme it will be at Bay Cafe on the 10th of August

Yes, you should put them on the wedding invitations - regardless of what they're paying for or who's paying for what. Traditionally, the brides parents pay for the wedding, and the grooms parents pay for the rehearsal dinner and drinks, but if you and your guy are possibly footing the bill for the wedding itself, would you want to leave YOUR parents off the invites ? You're only going to do this once, so put them all on and avoid future problems. At least in the end, you will know that you did the right thing.

You have NO IDEA how long this took me to write... I hope you like it! : )

We've got some exciting news to spread:
One night not long ago Josh said...
"Will you marry me, Jenn?"
With that, he pulled out a ring, and Jenn nearly dropped dead!
"Yes!" she said, with a great big smile
"But let's not wait a very long while.
You know I could never be apart from ya,
How about getting married in Santa Barbara?"

So come to our wedding, on August 10.
We can't wait to see you,
Sincerely, Josh and Jenn
