Those colors are very rich and look fabulous together ... Chocolate linens with the red table runner would look great with a gold candelabra as a centerpiece. It is a creative way to display your flowers - or use it for actual candles and add a romantic glow to your reception space.

I think that it will look great together if it is done right! I wouldn't have my main color be chocolate. I would do red table linens with chocolate runners. If you use chocolate as another accent color (the gold too) I think that it would look better.
*congrats and good luck!

Don't do it! Red and chocolate are not complimentary at all. Stick with red and gold which are both strong colors. You don't want to throw in a third color that dark.

My wedding colors are red & gold so I think it would be pretty with the chocolate too. Wonderful.

Chocolate is HUGE this year. I have seen it paired with light blue, mint green and burnt orange. I think red and chocolate will also be nice. The red will give it just the right punch of color.
If those are the colors you want, then go for it!

lovely, very popular right now...basically it would be the same color scheme as a chocolate covered strawberry.
You can get color schemes off the strangest things...for instance is there something that really seems to catch your eye like a tennis shoe in the closet that you and HTB really like? Do you just really love the peaches at the grocery store (orange, red, pink)?

Someone may have suggested these to you but do you like them? Remember, it's your day and if you have a fav colour... use it!
Mine is purple and my partners is yellow so thats the colour theme for our wedding in Feb..
What does your fiance think of those colours?
Just remember that it's your day and have what colours YOU like... not what someone else wants!

do you like these colors, use what you like. But these colors do look lovely together. I would do flowers with red roses, gold fill and baby breath, greenery and chocolate ribbons.
