I have some turbulences at my customer. There is a decision to reduce the consultants. And this is also relevant to me. End of next month is game over at my customer.

I have to decide what to do then. They want to offer me a job in their company. I will think about it. I am consultant and manager. But I don’t want to be part of this company. I don’t like the culture there. But it is better than nothing. And now I have
working from morning till afternoon .

But 15th of August I don’t have work. But then I don’t earn money .

If You have time then no money.

If You have money then no time…

If you have customer, you have turbulences.

If you have no turbulences, then you have no customer.

I don't know if this will cheer you up, but this is what I think.

Go ahead and join the company if you don't have any other choices. If you don't like it, then look for another job while you are working there. It's better to have a job you don't like than to have no job at all.

I was a contractor at a company as well. Then they hired me.
It was good choice and a bad choice. Good that I had paid work for 4 more years. Bad because I had to follow the masters rules. Even though I was hired as a manager, I quickly learned that there was only one.
If you want to save your sanity leave. If you want to get paid and you can tolerate the lack of independence accept the job. That's corporate life for you.
