Is your life like your dreams? Busy, short on time, filled with activity? If it is, it's just carrying on to your dreams. If not, you're worried about something, a secret maybe, catching up with you.

You really need some techniques for turning your mind off while you sleep.

Is that what you feel like in real life, hon? Do you feel stressed out, always on the run, like you have no time to relax? 9 times out of ten, we act out in our dreams what we can't do or have trouble with in real life.

Hmmm.... It could also mean that you're searching for something, and you're anxious to find it, feel as if the time you have to find it is running out.

What you find what you're looking for or slow down the stress in real life, whichever the case may be, you'll stop having these dreams.

Such a dream reflects what is buried in your hidden, sub-conscious mind- that you find your life a constant struggle, having to shuttle to and fro, always on the go.
Nightmares are also a sign that you are not getting sufficient sleep. Try napping in between lectures.
