In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
He will plan His ordinance from the heaven unto the earth, then will it go up to Him in a day the duration of which is a thousand years according as you reckon.
The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him in a Day, the Span of which
is fifty thousand years.
Holy Quran
In the first Verse, Almighty God was referring to the Angel Gabriel. It takes the Angel Gabriel "One" day to deliver orders from Heavens to Earth, in a Round Trip. This Day equals One Thousand Earthly years. While in the second Verse, Almighty God talks about another Day, Judgment Day, which equals to Fifty Thousand Earthly years.
If you look at Planet Pluto, the 9th Planet in our Solar System, you'll notice the
following facts:
Planet Pluto is 2.6 Billion Miles from Planet Earth,
One day on Planet Pluto equals 6 Earthly days,
One Year on Planet Pluto equals 247.7 Earthly years.
This is only within our Solar System, can you imagine the distance between Earth and other planets in another Solar Systems. Don't forget the fact that The Light Year, which is the distance the light travels for a period of one Earthly year, equals 5.878 Trillion Miles. This is the Universe of wonders, and its existence testifies that the Almighty God is Its and Only Creator.

Dear All
Following is the extract of the work of Eistein which proves the statement of Holy Book Quran:
In 1915 Einstein proposed that time was relative, that the passage of time altered according to space, the speed of the person travelling and the force of gravity at that moment. Bearing in mind these differences in the passage of time, the period of time in which the universe was created as revealed in seven different verses of the Qur'an is actually highly compatible with scientists' estimations. The six-day period revealed in the Qur'an can be thought of as six periods. Because, taking into account the relativity of time, a "day" refers only to a 24-hour period experienced on Earth under current conditions. Elsewhere in the universe, however, at another time and under other conditions, a "day" could refer to a much longer period of time. Indeed, the word "ayyamin" in the period of six days (sittati ayyamin) in these verses (Qur'an 32:4, 10:3, 11:7, 25:59, 57:4, 50:38, and 7:54) means not only "days," but also "age, period, moment, term."
When a six-day period of time is calculated according to the relativity of time, it equates to six million million (six trillion) days. That is because universal time flows a million million times faster than time on Earth. Calculated in terms of years, 6 trillion days equates to approximately 16.427 billion years. This is within the estimated range for the age of the universe.
6,000,000,000,000 days/365.25 = 16.427104723 billion years
Read the verses of Holy Quran;
32:4 IT IS GOD who has created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six aeons, and is established on the throne of His almightiness.
10:3 VERILY, your Sustainer is God, who has created the heavens and the earth in six aeons, and is established on the throne of His almightiness,
11:7 And He it is who has created the heavens and the earth in six aeons; and [ever since He has willed to create life,] the throne of His almightiness has rested upon water. God reminds you of your dependence on Him] in order to test you [and thus to make manifest] which of you is best in conduct. For thus it is: if thou sayest [unto men], "Behold, you shall be raised again after death!" - they who are bent on denying the truth are sure to answer, "This is clearly nothing but an enchanting delusion"
25:59 He who has created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six aeons, and is established on the throne of His almightiness: the Most Gracious! Ask, then, about Him, [the] One who is [truly] aware.
57:4 He it is who has created the heavens and the earth in six aeons, and is established on the throne of His almightiness. He knows all that enters the earth, and all that comes out of it, as well as all that descends from the skies, and all that ascends to them. And He is with you wherever you may be; and God sees all that you do.
7:54 VERILY, your Sustainer is God, who has created the heavens and the earth in six aeons, and is established on the throne of His almightiness. He covers the day with the night in swift pursuit, with the sun and the moon and the stars subservient to His command: oh, verily, His is all creation and all command. Hallowed is God, the Sustainer of all the worlds!

Actually, the Bible says that a day is AS a thousand years. It's a simili. The idea is that God's perspective is different from ours.
And FYI, near a black hole, or even travelling at relativistic speeds, time can stand still. A day can last a BILLION years.

Smoking is definitely worse than coffee. Coffee actually has some health benefits in moderation, while smoking even 1 cigg a day is nothing but harmful to your body.
