I don't agree with the form of music, but Christians are to spread the faith. I guess in town centers because freedom of expression is exercised.

Because there are MANY who consider themselves Christians, but "prove false to the power" of their so-called faith.--1 Timothy 3:5. So they have a weak faith, or they twist scriptures to suite their own preferences. Or they listen to preachers who were brought up on--or taught--philosophy rather than accurate Bible truths.--2 Timothy 4:3. Stop and think: could you see Jesus listening to rap music? Or doing ANYTHING to imitate the ways of the world? Of course not; his focus was on preaching the good new of God's kingdom.--Mark 1: 38
So if such things bother you, just keep away from them. As long as there's freedom to express your faith in whatever way you want (and it's not harmful to others), there will be such nonsense. Look for a group that concentrates on Bible study, rather than external flashiness.

Most if not all of Christian contemporary musical is awful. Very amateurish and low-quality. The only people who knew how to write Christian songs lived in the 13th-19th centuries. Even non-believers can appreciate that music.

If I was thinking of accepting Christianity, all that loud modern music and shouting would turn me off.

Because Hebrew words are really hard to rhyme together.

(Though I guess there was that one Hasidic rapper for awhile.)
