It itch on her arms and legs

Hot water tends to dry up the skin. Has she moisterized her skin lately? Does she have rashes or itches that never go away? She may be suffering from dry skin, which in some cases can be severe.

She needs to wear gloves while washing the dishes and maybe use warm instead of hot water.

Hot water will dry out your hands & make them itch, but since her legs are also itching, it probably has to do with her circulation and nervous system.
Washing dishes in hot water will increase circulation of blood in the hands, and might also be increasing the circulation in her legs as the blood circulates.
And maybe the increased circulation of blood to the skin is making her itch in both places, because our nervous system is connected all over the body.
If it bothers her, I suggest she wear heavy plastic gloves, and definitely use moisturing cream after she does dishes.

I can understand the itching on her hands, but also her legs? That goes deeper than contact with soap or water. It sounds like the problem is in her mind.Does she have an aversion to washing dishes? This is no joke,it could actually be causing her itch (and maybe a rash).I have known people who broke out in a rash do to nerves (because if fright and the dread of doing something they did,nt want to do.)

Itching on her legs sounds very odd.

She might be allergic to the dish detergent. Or there might even be something in the water: Excessive chlorine comes to mind, if you're on city water.

In any case, she might try wearing rubber gloves.

Good luck!
