first check for corrosion at ign coil primary terminals[the neg. supplies the signal for pump relay] pull them off several times and spray w/ wd40.
also the main system fuse [for both ign and fuel] is in a white plastic holder beside the battery it is an ATO style fuse of 20 amps
the fuse may be good but the o-e fuse holder is subject to corrosion[battery proximity salt air etc. [this was the #1 cause for a [2] series volvo to be towed in] the cure is to soldier in a marine style fuse holder
you may have a dead pump [use a 12 volt testlamp] and see if you have power and ground at the pump if you do the pump is dead and when replacing it is best to replace the intank pump and filter sock and themain fuel filter at the same time

Are you getting spark at the ignition coil? If you are, check the two connections by the passenger hood hinge near the firewall. Make sure all the fuses are good. Ignition switches are a common problem on your car also. Check date on relay. If original, try another. If no spark, distributor, distributor wiring, plug on ignition box. Also wire harness on engine, that year, a factory defect. Can cause problems too.
