I would say Weight Watchers, because it does not ban certain foods, but rather encourages moderation, and a more healthy life style. It is a program that is intended to get you to live healthier. Additionally, since no particular group of foods are not allowed (your body needs carbohydrates people!), nutrition does not suffer.

I tried for years to lose weight and got nowhere. Then a friend told me about her success with Isagenix. I only needed a 9 day program where I lost 11 pounds and almost 14" and have kept it off for over a year plus a few more pounds. I know people that have lost over 100 pounds with this technology. I have also helped others lose over 600 pounds over the last year. This program has a 95% success rate.

It's great to finally have a tool that people can use to achieve their health and weight loss goals.
