Get enough sleep during the night, but not too much. Regular exercise can also give you energy. Eat foods that don't have a lot of sugar cuz they will make you have swings in your blood sugar and can make you tired/lose energy. Oh, and someone once told me that eating an apple in the morning can wake you up better than coffee.

Believe it or not, exercising helps boost energy levels. Get plenty of exercise daily, eat a healthy diet, avoiding lots of sugar and junk foods, get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, and avoid the caffeine altogether. A daily workout, even if it's just 20 minutes of walking, can make a big difference in your energy level throughout the day. Exercise is the key, IMO.
