I have four black lab males puppies who are about 10 weeks old, everyday its the same fighting either between 2 of them or all four like a wild pack of wolves! The only thing that seems to calm them down is their KONG toy filled with peanut butter, but thats only temporally. Is their anything else I can do?

Perhaps the puppies are interpreting the peanut butter filled toy as a reward for their behavior. Although it might seem like a good temporary relief, it could be provoking the puppies to continue acting that way. You could try some type of separation technique instead next time and once they are behaving the way you would like them too, then give them the toy.

Try dogtrainingclassroom.com. I got a puppy a few months ago, and the site seemed to give me a lot of useful tips.

This is very normal. Are you sure they are fighting fighting or are they play fighting? You can tell by the tail and ears. Also they do this because its a natural instinct. To get them prepared for when they get older. In the wild they have to fight and it prepares them for adulthood. As long as they are not hurting each other badly I would say its OK to let them presume. If they are leaving lots of marks then I would separate them as much as possible then bring them together only when you are watching them. Until they can really learn to live with each other. Most of the time if they are really and truly fighting they will learn to live with each other. I have two dogs like that. Good luck.

Very normal at that age. They will work it out. Are you keeping them all? If so, neuter by 5-6 months to prevent inter-male aggression or you can have some serious fighting. Puppy play fighting is not serious.

what they are doing is establishing their pecking order or the most dominant dog it is not really fighting for the sake of fighting

you will also notice some of the litter licking other dogs gums or mouths... this is a submisant behavior acknowledging the other dog as the more dominant of the two. also when they turn belly up they are giving up or acknowledging the one on top to be dominant

Correct the behaviour and spend individual time with each of them. Crate 3 ( SEPARATE CRATES ) and take one out for socialization, training etc.
You are NOT keeping 4 male puppies are you??
