Be sure you are eating--it could be hypoglcemia. My friend Miranda found out she is hypoglycemic when she tried starving herself to make herself skinny.
Also make sure you are sleeping enough. I wasn't sleeping enough a couple weeks ago and had a constant headache until I made up for lost sleep on the weekend.

Believe it or not many headaches are caused by poor bowel function! I know, I know, How can that be possible? But it`s true, so try and figure out if you have been constipated at all recently and try a mild laxative. Also drink as much plain water as you are comfortable with, at least a couple of litres/quarts per day - not all at once of course - more if you can.
If these headaches persist get to a doctor. Don`t fool around with them, they could be a sign of something more serious.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

Go and see a neurologist. I suffered from horrible migraines on a daily basis and he was able to prescribe a medication to get rid of them.

Dehydration can cause headaches. It's one of the first symptoms, in fact. Drink plenty of fluids, especially when the weather is hot, to keep yourself hydrated.
