The score to make it to the next round, the cut, in the golf open championship is constantly changing, how do they decide what score you need to achieve to make the cut?

The cut line is usually the top 60 and ties. Sometimes they keep players within 10 shots of the leader.

Anyone with in 10 shots of the lead and/or top 70 plus ties.

Its the low 60 golfers and ties.
