Religion: Something that people do; a covering.
(Example, Adam & Eve sewed fig leaves to hide their imperfections). Ge. 3:7
Worship: Whatever people give first priority in their life.
(....whose god is their belly). Ph 3:19 ie. their God. (You are built to worship so whatever you set up as your first priority you have no choice but to worship).
Belief: Any idea or concept you are willing to act upon. Heb. 11:6
Practice: Something people do to console or make themselves better. (Same as religion, sacraments, orders, incense, candle burning, meditations, mantras, pilgrimages, crusades etc. etc.).
Faith: The intuition of the heart which works by love. Ga. 5.6 and Heb. 11:1. (Faith comes by hearing the word of God. It works by love in union with God, through a conscience void of offense). Faith also proves to be the mind of the spirit.
I hope this helps. If not, your question has helped me give a brief summary of what I find to be eternally true with regard to religion, belief and faith. The findings are not mine; but a showing of God's mercy over a life time to one lost little boy.

A religion is a set of beliefs and practices generally held by a community, involving adherence to codified beliefs and rituals and study of ancestral or cultural traditions, writings, history, and mythology, as well as personal faith and mystic experience. The term "religion" refers to both the personal practices related to communal faith and to group rituals and communication stemming from shared conviction.

dear Sage:
here is the Bible's definition of religion:
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, ...
To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. - James 1:29.
