Leg pains everywhere? You should really go to a doctor about that... I mean most normal cases of leg pain are confined to the sufferer's legs...

And as they say in Portugal, "It's Hammer time."

Sounds like a pinched sciatic nerve at the L5 - S1 junction .
Did you have a twisting or sudden movement with your lower back ? Or been doing heavy lifting ?
Try gently stretching in a Jacuzzi into a fetal like position
(one that moves the L5 S1 off of the sciatic nerve)

Could also be your electrolytes are low if you've been sweating while exercising and not getting the replacement sodium / potassium / chlorides .

Good Luck !

I started getting these pains at age 11 and was told it was growing pains. Unfortunately at 56 I am still having them only much worse. My legs, and now other muscles cramp and go into spasm. There is a childhood disease, sorry can't remember the name, but it has these symptoms, it can be treated while you are young but if it goes untreated, as mine did, then the problem increases with age. Go to your doctor and tell him/her about it and get them to find out about the disease, it is not commonly known and only came to the fore in the past 10 years or so, but don't let them fob you off. I can assure you it will be worthwile making a pest of yourself if you can find out what it is and receive the treatment. I am on strong painkillers, muscle relaxants, sleeping pills as well as trying all different chemicals such as calcium, magnesium etc. The problem gets worse as you get older. Hope it is just a simple problem but find out for sure you are running out of time as you get older. You may find out more about it on the internet somewhere, sorry I can't remember its name.

I have heard several people complaining of leg pains as you describe i have them too and i'm 51. like you say only over the past week or so. Maybe a Russian virus? or a terrorist microbiological attack on the water system which brings us all to our knees by disarming our lower legs? or maybe just a coincidence,, that we have aching legs.Which is more likely?

Your pains dont sound like muscle pains so it sounds like it might be a circulation problem.
