i need to lose 10 - 15 pounds soon!!! help, how can i do that w/o starving myself!??!

You need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio. Add a spin class or yoga for variation.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

You could do this in a manner that is sweeping the nation. You could go old school that says 1-2 lbs aweek. there is a new technlogy that has been proving great success and that is a nutritional cleanse and fat burning system. Not everyone will have the same results, everyone is different. I have lost about a lb a day since March.I feel awesome and healthy and full of energy. I have seen results that you are looking for in other people it's pretty simple and you DO NOT STARVE.
I am completly satisfied nutritionally and have no cravings at all. So for you 21days with excersie as part of the solution no problem. Let me know if you need more info.

You can't. You didn't put the weight on over night so don't expect to lose it overnight either. A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. You might be able to do 10 pounds in 3 weeks if you watch what you eat (portion control/cut calories) and exercise (lots of cardio).

if u r triing to loose 5 pound a week the o only way is starving to dead doctor recomend to loose between 1/2 and 1 pound a week ,
the only way is stop eating all fat food stop drinking soda and walk a lot

walk walk walk!!! start out walking in the morning a mile and at night then increase by walking one more mile.. walking is good for you... if u do it ealry morning you have more enegry during the day and its cooler out, same with night its cooler out. you can also try the 3 day diet by kaiser, it a kick start diet and it does help, i lost 15 lbs that way.... 3 day diet.com
