Ok, I have blonde chunky highlights all over the top of my head and dark dark brown on the underneith. My hair is layered and down to almost my waist. I just started a new outside sales position and need a more "professional" color and style. I just had twins several months ago so I have a round face. I have blue eyes and very pale with a few freckles.. what can I pull off? I need to look hot, yet professional. HELP! Thank you!

Yes that is my husbands profile :-) I'm definately all woman! I am 29 too, but cutting it too short would make me feel even more insecure since I gained baby weight with the twins. I have stopped breastfeeding so I think I would be ok there. The blonde has always been my IMO, but it is really a lot of work to keep it beautiful. How dark and with subtle highlights or no? Thanks ya'll!

Get rid of the blonde chunky highlights. Try to make the highlights more subdued by getting a temporary rinse Roux makes the best ones found at a beauty supply house (Like Sally's). It rinses out with each shampoo. Suggestion something darker and closer to your regular color. That way you can have the blonde highlights when you want to look *hot* and subtle highlights when you are doing your Professional job.

I'd say my avatar's haircut would be your most conservative and professional choice.

Shoulder length, long layers, long bangs to part to one side, and all one color. I'd say try a deep brown color, bleaching while you're nursing might be dangerous for the babies. Although I think coloring your hair altogether might be bad, bleaching sounds a lot worse and it just means more chemicals will be used keep the blond up so it doesn't dull or get brassy.

Make it a natural hair color. Nothing chunky. Brown would be good or whatever your natural hair color is. You should also consider cutting your hair -- super long hair is not considered "professional".

I'm assuming you're a girl from the description, but your name says you're a guy. Dye it red. Like, dark red. Or black.
