it's now registered on your Health Card.

It used to be on your driver's licence, but it has changed to be indicated on your health card

Talk to the Ministry of Health for your province, they can register you as an organ donor

I think that Canada does it through their motor vehicle department just like America. Ask the next time you renew your license and they should give you the info you need and register you as an organ donor.
