Soak the area in water. After a few minutes the skin will be pliable enough to allow you to remove the super glue without any problems.

I did this one time, i was glueing a plastic magnetic clip back together that i had used in my locker and had fallen to the floor in a heap of rubble. when i did it got on my finger and the clip was stuck to my hand.
I used a Q-Tip and finger nail polish remover and it disolved it right away, and fyi it erases sharpie too
