If you get a chance and are in the UK and want a treat, the chip shops have a curry sauce that will blow your mind.

Mine is a Canadian one to, but when I worked in Montreal I did like the traditional poutine with cheese curds and the gravy like sauce, but Italian style poutine with cheese curd and a hot meat sauce with a sprinkle of chilis, garlic powder and oregano, and if you go the Lafleur Hot Dog store and get a copule of hot dogs Michigan style with the same sauce ona dog with lots of onions, you will be in heaven.

Vinegar is my favorite. I had never tried it, nor heard of it on french fries until I went to Canada. Canadians are so smart!! I also love Old Bay on my french fires.
