Well it depends on what kind of online your talking about. If you want just IM me anytime. Or just go to chatrooms, blogs or anywhere you can find anyone you might want to be online with . Just goggle it too.

Ummm...Kind of like you are doing now...?...If you're talking about people you know, go to a chatroom or download a messenger, and you can have your friends on your contact list...They would have to download the messenger(Yahoo, for example) too...
