I here you! I've had the same problems exactly for... four years... since I moved here. Anyway, Of course eating right and drinking water is a great start and habit but you also have to exercises a bit. If you have stairs in your house, run up and down those for as long as you can.

Also try crunches, sit ups, push ups, and stretch. I find that stretching before bed makes me relax and keeps me limber (I do ballet and such). Listen to music and do some isolations: neck, shoulders, ribs (if you can), and, if your not too self conscious, hips. Follow this up with your floor stretches like pike (feet out in front of you and reach), butterfly, and a v-sit.

Good Luck! I hope this helps a bit.

You can do alot of exercise in your room watching tv. Do situps, deep knee bends. You get the picture. Before you eat drink a large glass of water, and then don't snack after you eat. wait 1/2 hour then do some excercise. You don't have to kill yourself, but you need to be consistent.

You could do things at your house that don't require weights, such as sit-ups(abs), lunges(butt), and squats(thighs).
Also, you must find a way to run somehow, that is one easy way to burn fat and lose weight. Talk to a trainer and they may be able to help you. Also, try going to ExRx.com, it will give you a lot of useful exercises and tells you how to do them correctly.
