I dont think they would.

After all, everywhere you go now is 'at your own risk'. Golf is one of those sports where if you want to be a spectator on the course, you just have to be alert of where the next golfer is hitting from next.

Basicly like a car park. If it says 'we take no responsibility' then I think that may stand up in court...but the theif would still get Jail time.

if you get hit by a golf ball on a golf course when you are standing in an area where a ball might land then you cannot sue who hit you so don't get any ideas.

I would check with your local club, normally if you are a paid up member of a golf club that also covers insurance
