What would you say your own personal definition of Evidence is? I would like to know.

Faith is not evidence. I can have faith that a unicorn is going to appear in my yard every year on June 17th but that doesn't make it evidence.

My own personal definition of evidence is...something I can see and touch that gives proof of something. The dictionary says evidence is--"something that gives a sign or proof of something, or that helps somebody to come to a particular conclusion." (Encarta). How's that?

Logic. the only way to justify knowing my thoughts are true is to know they have a true source. the five senses only project what logic tells us the are not the source of logic.
the laws of Logic in not material, they are universal, they are eternal. without God you cannot acout for them. listen to this debate to get a better picture.

Best evidence for GOd there is I believe.
If you are an athiest this might make you think. Gordon Stein is prety well done by the end of this debate. So much for being one of th world greatest Athiests when real truth hits the fan they have no excuse. Truth hurts somtimes.

Good evidence is Evidence which has probative value.

Proof. Faith is evidence. You don't have it, so you can't understand it. The entire world is evidence.
