Brandy Slush!
Its a winner around my family and friends when the holidays come around!
9 cups water
2 cups brandy
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade, thawed
1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice, thawed
fresh mint sprigs (to garnish)
1. Copmbine all ingredients except mint in a 4 quart freezer container
2. Cover and freeze overnite, mixture will remain slushy.
3. Spoon into individual glasses and garnish with mint.
4. Serve with a spoon cause you wont be able to wait to drink this one!

It depends what you are serving. Egg nog is always good, but if you are serving red meat go with a red wine. If you are serving chicken go with a white wine. The Food Network website could give you suggestions.

Wow, aren't you planning ahead! Wassail (or mulled wine) is a good punch, or spiked eggnog. Brandy and port are always a good way to finish a big traditional meal. You may want to have some liquers around to offer in coffee, such as kahlua and frangelico.

Ice wine-excellent dessert wine-too expensive for everyday.Made from grapes frozen on the vine-very appropriate for the holidays.Asti Spumante-Italian sparkling wine great with heavy meals and rich foods.
