It depends on whether you want to make something of yourself, or become a dependent of the state.

I suspect that Canada will be more welcoming of an immigrant than the U.S. Canada has universal health care coverage; in the U.S., you better be able to pay if you get sick. The problem for immigrants in Canada is that your qualifications in a skilled trade or profession may not be recognized, even though Canadian immigration officials say that they will be. I would try and get in touch with someone from Pakistan in whatever field of work you're in who is already in Canada and find out how they're doing and what challenges they faced in finding work. If you don't have a profession, a skill, or a skilled trade, learn a skilled trade and then come over. Right now, the economy in Alberta is booming due to oil prices being high and there is a shortage of skilled labour. For more information on Canadian citizenship and immigration, try this web page:

Good luck.

Canadian visa is easier to apply because they need people especially for employment in the northern part of Canada.

Canada has easier citizenship, and has more benefits (country supplied care).

America is the greatest country in the world, so it is difficult to get in.

America has more rewarding personal benefits, however I suspect you are looking for 'country supplied' benefits, so enjoy Canada.

You obviously don't need another citizenship so bad if you are concerned about more benefits.Stay in Pakistan and leave the immigration for refugees that really need it
