I can feel a knock in the steering wheel from the steering while driving.. When I push up and down on the fender I can hear it on the drivers side..any idea's thanks

Radius Arm bushings located on the frame below your feet. Apply the brake & crawl under the truck. Have someone push down on the bumper & listen.

Also check the intermediate shaft from the steering column to the rack and pinion. This shaft has a universal and slip joint in it that could be binding causing the feeling in the wheel and the noise.

I'm going to back the radius arm issue, we see a lot of those on the Ranger forums. I would ask the forum linked below, we have tons of knowledgeable members.
