I don't think there's a magic solution for you, but if you don't want to take Pepcid or TUMS you can drink about an ounce of apple cider vinegar before you eat, it tricks your stomach into stopping making acid. My friend (only 16 at the time) had to do that before she ate large meals, said it worked, but tasted nasty.

Stop eating bad food. Take a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. Drink it all at once and it will cut down the acid. Its not bad for you, I do it for bladder infections cause it also takes the pain away from them. But its safer than over the counter pills!

Also, do some research on diet change with regards to acid build up. Sometimes changing your diet will cause this problem to go away after your stomach and digestive system has a rest.

if it gets any worse i'm just going to goto my doctors.

It could be stress, in which case google "meditation" and learn how, it helps.

Could be a food allergy, try eating completely different stuff for a few weeks, see if the change helps.

Good luck!

You need to see your doctor I'm afraid, only he/she can help you out really. You may need to have something called a gasroscopy where they insert a tiny camera into your throat and tummy to see if anything is going wrong. Good luck x

You may need an inhibitor such as Prilosec or similar, which you can take once in the morning each day. I would see the doctor.

Talk to a doctor or a pharmacist. Should be possible to rectify this.
