why dont i see programs under the uninstall section help?

Your question isn't very clear. I will attempt to help you if you are trying to find programs that are on your hard drive. Go to control panel and click add/remove programs. Be sure you have clicked to view the different views. May be called classic or something. Do look at programs both ways and you see every program on your system. Highlight the program that you wish to delete. Be careful to not delete things that you don't know about.
