Obviously, you have not heard that milk prices have gone up as have all dairy products. What was it last month I was paying $2.l0 for a gallon of 2% milk, went to the store the other day and the same milk was $3.l0.

Just a teensy bit. I get a 2 pound block of Tillamook extra sharp cheddar for $8.99 at the local Safeway here in CA.

I am sure the price is higher here.
I saw the WIC* sale price here for $6+ /lb
*"Women Infants and Children food program."
But when you consider they use the milk that is removed from the shelf and the milk that does not meet the whole milk standards for the cheese...
We are getting gouged and there is NO way to prove it.
