Ok this guy wants to go out with me, but I found out that one of my friends use to go out with. There only dated for like a few weeks. Let me remind you that this was like a year ago. She is now with this guys friend, so is it wrong if I date him? Am I betraying her? What should I do? THis guy and I have a lot in commen and I woulndn't mind seeing him! Am I being a bad friend If I date him???

you are not being a bad friend at all. it was a year ago, ur friend is with another guy right now and plus u said u have alot in common and u seem to really like him. i say go for it. ur friend wont get mad.

They're relationship was short and has been over for a year. SO the problem is? Yes if you two hit it off then go out with him it obviously did not work between them. No you are not being a bad friend, if she is with his friend it was obviously an amicable breakup and is still just friends with him. The four of you would probably have a good time together and she most likely would realize your a good match.

I dont know but if i was you, i wouldnt date him for the sake of your friend.
question: do you care so much about the guy that you would date him after he broke up with your 'friend'? Do you care more for him than your friend?
The first thing that comes up on my mind is..
1. your friend might just lie about she, being ok with u and the guy she dated a year ago but it really hurts her to see her friend date the guy she once loved.
thats like a stab in the heart. it hurts ^^ ..
but the choice is yours. only here to make suggestions.

Talk to your friend + get her opinion. If you really want him that bad, you don't have to stay apart from this guy if your friend wants you to because it is your choice. @ least you can talk to her. she'll respect you 4 that.

you are NOT being a bad friend... if they wanted to stay with eachother than thats their own problem... but since they broke up he no longer "belongs" to anyone and you can date him if you want... if your friend gets angry then thats her problem...
