Paul,
First of all, thank you for taking up the burden for these kids. I know that it demands a high price with little gratitude in return.
First off, I'm sure that you are already doing this, but pray for them every day. There is no bigger changing force that we have.
Don't be afraid to confront what you see, but make sure that you do it in a way that is loving and uplifting! This is where the prayer comes in, because it is good to pray for wisdom on what to say. I like to pray that God would give me the specific words to say to them that will make them see what they are doing.
It's easy to take an "I don't want to be the bad guy" mindset in youth ministry, but trust me, they will respect you more for confronting them on it, than they will if you just let them go.
Get them involved in the ministry! Start a prayer service and build an excitement for them to be there. Ask them to share from their relationship with God, or from their personal time with Him (even if they are in sin). This is often a wake up call to the complacent.

And on the subject of wisdom, maybe you could start a week by week breakdown of Proverbs. Go through it one or two chapters a week and them have them read through it with you. It would be really good to have them do the Proverbs a day thing (31 chapters= 1 read through/month).
Afterwards, you could do a good companion study on James.

It sounds like members of your group don't understand the reality of what Christ did for them and why it is important to work out your salvation every day. Show them the importance of that.

Also, show them the practical importance of what they are doing. I have been married for about 9 months now and both my wife and I walked down the aisle as virgins. It was every bit worth the wait, and it really would have screwed up certain aspects of our relationship had we given ourselves away beforehand.
Feel free to share this with them and I have plenty more to share on the subject if you need it.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you out man, we're brothers fighting for the same cause! Don't ever get discouraged!

Just being friends with them..I am 17 and completely in love with my God..and I get your point. I have never meet any youth that seems so exited and on fire for God as I feel. But what seemed to work for me was people being friends with me who Have the spirit and are not afraid to pray and speak in tongues when im there..someone who set the example for me. They just followed God without caring what i think..and now I am doing the same. I have a sunday school, and im proud to say what Helped them more, is when they pray together, i taught them to not be afraid or embarressed of crying and speaking in tongues. And so now they all are spirit filled..i've never seen a bunch of kids about 9-15 who are all together crying for God...all of them..just speaking in tongues together.. Its the greatest thing in the world. Just Prayer and Friendship. By setting the example to them. By being cool and religious.

Meows! =^-^=

Simple, so simple you will wonder why no one ever tried it:
"Practice what you preach."
"Live the good life."
Most people learn by example; I have never seen that example, and I am already old and gray.
Set the example.
