Since my last question the other day about my hair dying disaster, ive had to go to a salon and have a full head of hi-lights put in. But now my hair is really really dry. Is there anything you could sugest for me to do to make my hair sleek and healthy looking again.

The answers that you have had are not good. Here are two things that will get your hair back into shape.

1) Vitapointe. This is a leave in conditioner that you can get from any shop, such as boots and superdrug. I know they definitely sell it in superdrug because im suffering from dry hair. It is very good stuff, and really gets to work. You only need a small pea sized amount.

2) the second thing you can try is coconut and almond oil conditoner by superdrug. It is their own brand and it is really good. Dont be out off that its by superdrug. Leave it on for twenty minutes and rinse off. You will be left with lovely shiny hair.

use a shampoo and conditioner like john frieda sheer blonde, this way you will get the moisture into your hair and the best shampoo for bleached hair. also try the rest in the range like the mousse which is violet tinted thus helping to ensure highlights remain unbrassy and bright. you can also try hot oil treatments like v05 and deep conditioning masks like pantene. try and stay away from heated stylers as much as you can but when you do use them remember to use something like nicky clarke spray for when you are using heated appliances which help protect the hair from the heat. when you are in the sun please wear a hat as the sun does more damage to hair than colouring and styling put together.

That Aussie stuff for long hair is just about the most conditioning conditioner I have found so far. Damned expensive though!
