I don't cheat and I don't lie, I am hard working and honest, but everything in my life failed..., what have I done to make God punish me?

oh no I don't believe in God (coz there's no proof), because if there is, I shouldn't even been born. and I am jealous of people get run over by a car and die everyday. P.S. I won't ever kill myself, do not worry.

God did not let anything bad happen to you maybe the things that are failing are the things that are not good for you. His thoughts are higher than your thoughts start concentrating and appreciating the goods things that are already in your life like you are alive you have a job a family if you have one if you had a meal today because many people all over the world dont. We are so consumed with what is wrong that we cannot see the good. You said that everything in your life fails before you do anything ask god if it is the right thing for you to do ask him to keep you and lead you because you cannot do it on your own.

Do not worry about the punishment of the bad people because they will get theirs in due time.
Psalms37 Do not fret because of evil doers nor be envious of the workers of iniquity 2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass and wither as the green herb 3 Trust in the Lord and do good dwell in the land and feed on his faithfulness 4 delight yourself also in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.

there are many times when the human side of me shows up instead of the spiritual and all i can think of is what is going wrong instead of what is going right and then something or someone snaps me right out of it.

Hey, get over yourself and stop blaming God for your problems. I have full-blown AIDS, I'm homeless, my pets were just killed in a fire that destroyed the RV I live in and everything I own, I had to bury my mother after she died of an overdose, I am in constant, severe pain due to numerous injuries not to mention AIDS complications, and I still respect and love God (or The Great Spirit or Spirits).
It is up to me to feel happy or unhappy with my life, and not wait for God to miraculously come down and make it all better. I still have breath in my lungs, and talent, drive, and the ability to do positive things in my life and for this planet, and by God, that's what I choose to do! I also have some good friends, and as was said in the end of IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE, "No man is a failure who has friends." It's your responsibility to decide if you're going to have a happy life or not, nobody else's.
Hey, look at what I'm having to deal with, and then try to tell me how bad things really are for you! I don't think God is punishing me. Rather, I think I've been pretty blessed! Every time I see a sunset, I think it's the prettiest thing I've ever seen, and is another chance at a fresh day tomorrow to do something else worth thanking God for.

It just happens. Nothing you can do about it. However, don't listen too much to the doctors. I have spina bifida. My mom was told I probably wouldn't talk and would have mental issues. I graduated high school on time with a regular diploma. I drive. I am in college. I work. Sometimes doctors don't know what will happen until the child is out and can be properly assessed.

Bad people have no desire to be good or to be better people. Those people that seem content with being lukewarm, God has said there is no gray area, you're either with him or against him.

Good people are desirous to be better, to learn, and are more humble that way. God doesn't punish, he teaches us through taking away certain blessings we've enjoyed, be it a good job, a family member's company, steady finances, etc,.

Ultimately, there is a greater punishment for bad people and a promised "treasure," for those that remain good.

Read the story of Job in the bible. He was truly "punished," yet we learn that he remained faithful still to the Lord. Why? He knew there was a purpose to his trials and he needed to learn to be a stronger person, to not be lukewarm, or living in the gray area, but to live steadfastly and closely to God even when things aren't that great. We tend to think of God when we really need him, what about when everything is going really great? How often is he remembered? I think punishments or the lack of blessings, reminds us to remember God and to observe that all blessings come from him.

God doesn't let bad things happen to good people and he does punish the bad. God gave us free will, the ability to choose right from wrong. He also gave us intuition. This is his way of getting to you directly. You know those feelings you get that something is amiss or just not quite right. This is God convicting your heart to listen to your intuition and do what is the safest and best. It sounds like you;ve had a hard time and I am sorry for that. Maybe you could take a baby step to God and ask Him to take your problems from you. It's called giving up control to God. There is no way on earth that we will be able to solve 100% of our problems by ourselves. We need God's intervention to help show us the way. The things in your life that have failed may have been things that God has not meant for you to get into. The first step to succeeding, is to accept God into your heart, believe He died on the Cross for you, and ask him to help you learn how to make your life more prosperous. He may even want you to change your ever present lifestyle to become someone else that he needs. I think it would be good for you to do some soul searching and possibly speak to a man of the cloth. I will pray for you. God Bless

And as a side note, Satan is the one at work making the bad things happen. If you say these simple words "Satan get thee behind me, you have no power here" he cannot harm you or cause bad things to come your way.

God didn't punish you. I'm sorry your life isn't going where you want it. You don't need god - you need belief in yourself. you only get so long here - so make a commitment to yourself - TODAY - to ignore the past and start living the life you should be living NOW - not in five minutes - NOW. Go out and buy a book or even better an book on CD by Tony Robbins called "Lessons in Mastery". He's a believer in god - I'm not - but his work is truly fantastic.

I am an atheist - and I'm also a good person. I don't need gods code or laws or rules to know that by living a good life - being good to others, helping those in need is a good thing. Think about this. As an atheist - I KNOW there is nothing after this life - so I'm going to CHERISH every minute of every day. I know that today could be my last - so I'm going to love it as if it were.

Good Luck Friend.

I know that when it is happening to you you think you are the only one. There are so many good people going through sh*t like you. I am one, for instance. We don't know what each person - good or bad goes through. I do know that being a Christian opens the door to trials and struggles. Satan is more concerned w/ attacking us than those who don't believe or who are bad. That is why it is easier to skate through life as a non believer. We are in a spiritual warfare every day. Put on your full armour of God each morning and rebuke the evil that is trying to take over your life. Ask God to protect you and your family. It is an everyday ritual you must begin doing first thing in the morning. God is not punishing you. God lets certain things happen so that we can grow & learn lessons. God will always turn a bad into a good situation. He promises that. We bring a lot of crap on to ourselves as well by the choices we make. God bless and keep you.

The bad people who live it up on Earth but reject will spend eternity in hell and will never be happy again. If you are a Christian, there are biblical ways to prosper. When you serve God you will be blessed. Everyone gets tested sometime, so it not always a bed of roses. The bible say give and it shall be given to you . If you tithe you will have God rebuke the devourer for you. I hope you go to a church that teaches a lot of bible, its full of wisdom.

Hai there. Thank you for being a nice person.
Keep your faith and hold on to your nature of being truthful, sincere and dedicated. The world needs you to be so.
I don't think you failed. You gave away selflessly what you could keep. Now do not insult your own sacrifices by regretting your honest actions in the past. God is not punishing you. He only trusts you more to carry forward his work and you will get your rich rewards soon.
