Do you smoke? If so, you need to stop. That's the first step. Next buy one of the whitening toothpastes. However, use the toothpaste with care. Once a day maybe and then too not for over a couple of days. Then after a break of a few days, repeat.

Please note that these toothpastes have grit in them which is what is supposed to polish the teeth. However, excessive use can effect the enamel on your teeth.

I had mine whitened at the dentist a few years ago before my wedding. It was brilliant and it lasted about 2 years but was 500 quid so a bit pricey. Now every so often I use crest white strips that you can pick up on ebay for not very much and they are really good. They can make your teeth a bit sensitive for a short while but just switch to a toothpaste for sensitive teeth.

Try to cut down on the amount of coloured foods you eat and the coloured drinks you drink. You can use whitening toothpastes but try to avoid white pearls as these can damage your teeth. If you are still not happy then you can ask your dentist if they think it would be better for you to have them cleaned every three months.

There are whiting gels on the market that are supposedly safe to use and you'll be amazed at the results.

It helps to not drink tea or coffee that stains teeth, too.

The two tooth pastes that I've found helps are closeup and ultrabrite. I think closeup is better and less abrasive than the latter. It used to be red but now it's a pale pinkish color. Oh, well, cost cutting measures.

in case you extremely need extremely white tooth i could flow some the place and function it accomplished. there is not any product on the industry that can compete with what they do. I even have tried the Aquafresh Treys and the Crest White Strips and that they do artwork somewhat yet leave your gums hurting exceptionally undesirable. the expert's use an extremely violet laser sort ingredient that's wonderful and your tooth once you leave that workplace would be as white as could be!

Go to your dentist and have them professionally bleached. It is quite costly but very effective.
Once they are white, try and avoid red wine, coffee and cigarettes that turn one's teeth an off colour.
White teeth look fabulous and it will be well worth the cash.

Instead of brushing them lots try looking at what you eat!
if you drink alot of tea or coffee that could stain coke and fizzys can damage your teeth aswell as smoking.

Pearl drops are good, or use a teeth bleaching kit. Or go to dentist and have it done.
