i was walking home with one of my boy mates last week and there was this couple behind us holding hands...my mate, who was walking on the other side of the road said she saw my boy mate look behind at the couple then she said he stared at me for like....10 SECS!!!! (shes definite about what she saw)
so.....does this mean anything?
my mate said she thinks it means that he wanted to hold my hand (shes pretty sure)

Maybe he was thinking what your mate said, but you gotta ask yourself, if he was thinking bout holding your hand, why didnt he? Is he afraid of ruining your friendship? Is he afraid that you'd refuse the gesture? If you feel like you would like him to hold your hand maybe next time you should make the first move and see what happens, then you'll know for sure...

I think he wanted to hold ur hand. And when he talkes about the girl he likes hese trying to make u jealous I did that to my bf before we were going out so he does like u this im sure.

I think your friend is delusional, I have a few very close mates and maybe he though the two of you looked alike clotheswise and/or maybe he wanted to say something to you and then decided not to, maybe something about the couple behind you. Or maybe he just admired you there for a second. sorry maybe he just admired to there for 10 seconds. otherwise maybe the girl he claims to like is just someone there for in case you aren't interested or reject him. Maybe he is just using her to get a reaction out of you...

Well, it sounds like he really wants to hold yours and be there for you, but does not know if he should. If you like him in that way maybe you should show it more so he will feel more comfortable! Good luck

he might not have made up his mind. maybe he likes both of u but cant decide. id leave it for a while and then if anything else happens id get sumone to ask if he likes u. if he says yes, there u go.
but it also depends on how u feel about him. u need to know if u feel that way about him, but if so dont get yor hopes up as it might not happen.

Well if you like him.. Tell him how you feel.. Because hes just trying to see if you care.. If you act any little bit jealous, so he can make his first move.. But he hasn't got the nerve yet..

Depending how long is your relationship with him and what category are you implying.If the couple is adult, his action was merely alienation between you and him and the couple.
If not he just want your agreement eventhough you may not understand.
