18 is considered the age of majority.... you are free to go where ever you want, by every law in every state.

You're an adult, so I believe you can leave any state at the age of 18 :).

So, if you want to leave and you have a job lined up, I believe you can. However, it will be hard if you leave and you don't have a job! So you need to think, and get a job lined up before you leave.

Although you became an adult in the eyes of the law on your 18th birthday...you didn't suddenly mature overnight.
Adults need their parents too...be careful not to alienate them.

Well yeah, you're a legal adult. You can do whatever you want, within the law.
