I agree with all of the previous posters except the one who doe's not know what they are talking about.

There is no way to get this removed from your credit. Bankruptcy will only make your problems worse and it will show for 10-years where the foreclosure will only show for 7-years.

After 2-years you can apply again if you have re-established your credit.
