I wouldn't worry to much about it, between growing up, I should say, maturing, and the exercises, you'll be O.K. take the advise of the other person and take some Ibuprofen, it'll help with the pain. Keep an eye on the breast thickening, you shouldn't worry though. Although men do get breast cancer, your to young and it's like one in a thousand for men to start with, your age is your benefit.

Muscle strain.

Take some ibuprofen.

If the pain continues, go to the Dr (who will tell you the same thing I did).

Ryan

PS - You dont have to exercise to have muscle strain. It is simply from movement. You could have lifted something, twisted, slept strangely, raised your arm, etc...

I will probably get a thumbs down for this reply from people who aren't in the medical field. But I don't care - because they're wrong.

How old are you?
