Hey everyone, I am looking to buy venezuelan Harina pan in Aberdeen or shipped to aberdeen, but no idea if someone apart of la paella sells.. (out of stock)

You might try substituting masa harina, a similar Mexican product, which you can find at the site below.

Arepas! Yum!!! I did ask the same question way back, and didn't get an answer, but later on I found Dunn's River coarse cornmeal is the equivalent. I find it in ethnic food shops. Sainsburys also sell a polenta that ould do at a pinch, not the vacuum-packed ready made one, but the loose one.
