1) Yes! w/ my whole heart & mind!! I personally, did Alot of research, into what the Witnesses teach & preach.
If we were anything except honest, we'd be going against our own name. Even Jesus said a house divided will not stand.
2) No, we adhere strictly to the Bible, as it is the Authority.
3)No, we do not think that.
4) We go door 2 door as per Jesus' command
"Go therefore, and make disciples".....also, i
n the Fall of 32 C.E. Jesus sends out 70 disciples,
by two's. Instead of directing them to the synagogues,
Jesus tells them to enter into private homes, explaining: "Wherever you enter into a house say first,
'May this house have peace.'
Regarding the activity of the 70, Matthew Henry's Commentary reports:"Like their Master, wherever they visited, they preached from house to house."

â Is it true that the teachings of Jehovah’s witnesses are based on the New World Translation of the Bible?
The fact that the New World Translation bears out teachings of Jehovah’s witnesses does not prove that the teachings of Jehovah’s witnesses are founded upon this Bible translation. Since 1879 The Watchtower has been published, setting forth the things that Jehovah’s witnesses believe and teach. The New World Translation, which the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society has accepted as a gift from the New World Bible Translation Committee, first began to be published in part in 1950, and volumes of it have been coming out from time to time since then. Consequently, the formulation of the Bible doctrine of Jehovah’s witnesses did not wait upon the New World Translation, beginning in 1950.
Up until 1950 the teachings of Jehovah’s witnesses were based mainly upon the King James Version of the Bible, but in the course of years the publications of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society in English alone have quoted from more than seventy different Bible translations produced in Christendom. This does not take into account the fact that our literature is published in more than 125 languages and that these foreign languages do not have the English New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures. In all parts of the world Jehovah’s witnesses are proving their Bible-based beliefs to the people by the copy of the Bible that the householder may have or that he may recognize as authoritative. So the New World Translation comes along merely as a confirmation of the correctness of the teachings of Jehovah’s witnesses and does not constitute the foundation of their teachings.

Who ever told you that We believe: You can not be saved except by works, LIED TO YOU.
Salvation is a gift!
We go door to door because Jesus command all Christians to preach the Good News of the Kingdom.
Where in the bible does it say Jehovah is not the only true God?
Where in the bible does it say Jesus is not the Son of God?
Where in the bible does it say the soul can not die? (Ez 18:4)
Where in the bible does it say 144,000 aren't going to heaven? (Rev 14:1-3)
Where in the bible does it say Jesus isn't the First Born?
Ask yourself, Should I listen to you or Jesus?
Should I listen to you are Jehovah?
Jehovah said 'This is my Son'
Jesus said 'I am God's Son'
Jesus said to worship the Father in spirit and truth.

For you information we were the very first religion from the beginning. Genesis 4:4-7 speaks of Abel being a worshiper of Jehovah. When the disciples began to die off thats why we have so many religions. And that's why we go door to door to let peopleknow where we r coming from. We were the first So read your bible and get in contact with Jehovah witnesses . Just to let you know you will know jehovah in the end.We also go door to door because Jesus went door to door

Can you honestly say that all religions haven't changed/added to the bible to fit their beliefs? Do you have any idea how many versions/rewrites the Bible has been thru and the huge degree of re translations/mistranslations that have occurred as a result? Last time I checked, men wrote the bible, as channelled by God. Can you imagine what got lost in translation on that end? Think their own personal beliefs and world contexts got in the way? (Look at Paul...huge misogynist!) Don't get me wrong, I think Christians are some of the nicest people in the world. They are also some of the most judgemental and ethnocentric, as well.

It astounds me at how afraid folks are of what we believe! Faith in Jesus' sacrifice is essential to a relationship with Jehovah, but James tells us that faith without works is dead.. and you're mistaken.. I won't be going to heaven, no matter HOW hard I work here. Most of obedient and faithful mankind will be here on a perfected earth, perfect themselves, just as God intended in the beginning with Adam and Eve. His will for mankind has not changed.. Isaiah 55:11 tells us that! And if the meek inherit the earth, as it says in Psalms, who and where do you suppose that means?
It sounds as if you have a great deal of MIS information about us.. you might try contacting your local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and finding out FOR YOURSELF, and then you could make an INFORMED decision about us! I did just that, and I hope to be baptized as one soon.

GET BEHIND ME SATAN
Jesus uttered these words to the manslayer when he tried to break Jesus' integrity to Jehovah.
Once again I echo what he said and faithfully and courageously tell you that Jehovah is protecting His people and giving them the strength and weapons to quench your burning missiles..
Stand back and watch the glory of Jehovah.

I feel so bad for these people, I mean it's religion just like any other and some times I read the tracts on the train but they beyond lost. There are millions of people believing them even though they claim 144,000 will enter heaven. Big waste of time for nothing.

JW are wonderful people, however, they have the interpretations of the Bible twisted. Christ was not nail to a stick, it was a cross. We do not die and lay dormant until the second coming of Christ, our souls go to the place where God judges us to go. I really don't think God wants our living soul to go dormant with our body to the end of earth's time. Going door to door is just their way of spreading the good news. Most people are turned off by that act. It is said the JW is a cult using the name of Jesus to suck them into their way of thinking.
