i have very big problem in my confidence i have 28 years..and iam still afraid from meet somebody specially if he my manger or some body i have business with him i mean any face to face situation... i have alose problem in my confidence...and this affect on my way in talking ...and iam already do not have any way to talk and my mind is very close not open i can not open some smal talking with any one with me in the work ....all people try to avoid me ....i think iam boring and this come from iam not talking and if iam talking i will say nothing important ....and if i will say some thing imprtant i will say it in bad way ...........i ahve to die ....i have bad life ....i never go to doctor ...and i dont know if the doctor have medince for this case.....plz some body help me

To Increase Confidence:
1. Make a list of your strong points.
All the positive things about yourself and the things that you are good at doing. Think of compliments you have received or things that come easily to you. It doesn't matter what it is, if it's good, write it down.
2. Choose two of those things that you want to work on to improve even more.
It's important to succeed and by concentrating on the areas you are already good at you will have a better chance of becoming even more sure of yourself. Remember that success builds upon success.
3. Exude confidence even if you don't feel like it.
Talk to yourself in an encouraging way and stay away from negative thoughts and people as you can.
Instead surround yourself with positive, confident, and successful people. This will become a habit and one that will build confidence.
4. Look at yourself in a different way than you are used to doing.
It can change your life and help your confidence level to rise. See yourself as the self confident person you want to be and before you know it you will become that person.
If you have a set-back do not let it get the best of you. Remember the times when you exhibited self confidence and how good it felt and then try again and each time will help you to build confidence and confidence building will become a way of life.

The doctor can prescribe the following main medications for this:
1. Antidepressants
2. Beta Blockers
3. Benzodiazepines.
All should have a calming effect on you, especially in the social situations you describe. I have the same problems.

There is no medicine for confidence. Your mind and concisious is the medicine. Why do you bother about your manager or any person. You can face them boldly . Is he a tiger or lion to eat u up. He is paid and you are also paid. Talk to your manager looking at his face. If you face directly you will get courage Courage is the medicine. It will not come in one day. Try this slowly. Surely you will win . Good luck

ok...i don't know if this is a joke or not,but what can anybody really do to help you if that is how you feel?the only thing in could say is judt try not to worry so much about what people think about you,you'll go insane.i used to be like that.and believe me normally people aren't even payin enough attention to you for it to really even matter anyways.you think people are paying more attention then they are.if your worried about saying something stupid or sounding like a dumbass,don't worry people say stupid **** all the time nobody says the right smart thing all the time.............hope this helped,you can always message me if you need a friend or something to talk with

actually, there is a cure for it at the doctors. ur just dealing with a high intensity of shyness and there ARE people out there that are facing the samethings you are (like me for example). people i guess ignore you mainly because ur not so open to others and so they think that they wont crack open that closed shell if they tried. please dont resort to suicide as it will not solve anything. but if you want to, before you have ur appointment with ur doctor, try saying just a friendly hello to everyone when they look ur way and SMILE!!! :D. so yeah. talk to ur doctor asap okays? and best of luck!
