The first man I have ever been truly treated like a respected human being, intelligent and sensitive, is since I became a muslim, and I married a muslim man...
I was raped by a protestant boyfriend, and treated like a sex toy by a Jew... That does not mean I judge all protestants and jews upon those standards...

No, its only some, I know many Muslim woman who are treated well.
But as I see it depends on the society, if the society is orthodox then the boyfreind becomes violent towards his wife but if the society is free then the boyfreind will be good towards his wife.

Im a 17 year old Muslim. My brothers treat me as an equal (and i expect no less) and my dad is protective because hes my dad...not because i should be "oppressed"

People are ignorant, they'll believe what they WANT to believe. People over here will not listen to you no matter what, they'll still say the same thing.. .although the majority of the people that are converting to Islam are WOMEN.

I believe a Muslim woman is treated as a person owned by her family and husband (who may not be by choice).

The more they spread the lies the more shock truthful women have when they see the truth.
